A session is an hour-long that is devoted to you and your needs. You will be able to discuss the topics of your choice and we guarantee you will leave with a clear understanding of what will happen next.
Sessions are conducted over the phone, through video chat or in person. The choice is yours! The first session will start with an introduction. We would like to get to know you and the issues that you would like for us to solve. We would also like for you to know a little about us.
This really depends on the issue. Some people only need a little help, so maybe one or three sessions will suffice. While others need a problem tackled so six sessions would be better for them. If you are truly unsure, we suggest a consultation to start.
Yes! If you need sessions for your workplace, relationship, or church. Please schedule a consultation and we can assist you further.
AT CONSULT POSITIVITY WE PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR EACH CLIENT BASED ON AN INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT. Since we provide services to people who are experiencing mental and emotional health issues, our consultations are held according to appointment. We do however, allow for after-hours contact. Please be advised that there will be an extra charge for sessions conducted outside of business hours.
